| Major structural
repairs to stabilise the roof that was slowly
moving. Main chainbon timbers at the eaves were
removed and in filled with brickwork. Stainless
steel straps were tied to roof and walls and the
canopy at the front tied back to the rafters.
Once this was complete replaced all damaged fibrous
plaster mouldings and redecorated all disturbed
areas including main church ceiling. |
