DML has a comprehensive apprenticeship
scheme and is currently training various craft
apprentices. We also encourage employees to gain
professional qualifications through company sponsorship
and career progression incentives. These courses
range from short, information-based training days
to undergraduate degree courses and study towards
membership of relevant professional bodies.
