Managing several thousand
orders per year, property maintenance is a core
part of the services provided by DML Contracting.
The maintenance department undertakes work across
a variety of industry sectors including public &
private housing, commercial and retail premises,
corporate and government buildings as well as historical
and heritage sites. Our
maintenance services include cyclical, planned,
reactive, void and estate works.
We are also expert in the provision
of bespoke solutions to small estates and larger
individual dwellings to provide a one-stop-shop
for a variety of services including caretaking,
cleaning, grounds maintenance, security, pool
maintenance, energy conservation and void security.
We are able to offer a twenty-four
hour call out service 365 days a year in addition
to our normal working hours service. Our response
times although normally governed by contract can
be as little as two hours.
Our full time help desk
utilises Stegra, a state of the art computerised
management system to efficiently organise our
workflow ensuring response times are met and clients
are kept informed. Our reporting system can be
tailored as required in addition to producing
industry standard KPI’s.
